Sustainable goals in Kullasmarina

Kullasmarina has variety of sustainable practices and choices in company`s everyday business. These responsibility operations are  also based on the goals of Sustainable Travel Finland Program created by Visit Finland . Sustainable Travel Finland programme aligns with internationally known sustainable tourism programmes and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and it is built for regional and national development needs.

Ekological Sustainability

• The apartments and hot water in the holiday villas are heated with environmentally friendly geothermal energy.
• Sorting the waste and recycle.
• Efforts have been made to reduce water consumption with touch showers installed in holiday villas.
• Nature can be considered an absolute value in Kullasmarina's operations. Cleanliness, authenticity and respect for the original nature holistically, from the design of the area to its daily activities. We are also aware of the importance of the area as part of the Salpausselkä Geopark area.
• Guide services and excursions/tours are carried out with respect for nature and we communicate to our customers e.g. the nature etiquette and the natural values ​​of the area.
