Excavations of National Board of Antiquities revealed the ancient settlements on Kullasmarina beach. Siberian mammoth hunters' descendants lived there after the Ice Age. They lived on fishing and hunting. Spread the picnic cloth with friends and enjoy beautiful Finnish nature in mammoth hunters' footsteps.

Kullasmarina's small boat harbour and beatiful sandy beach lure to spend time on the beach. You may play for example beach volleyball and petanque or rent SUP boards and canoes. Free frisbee golf -route, lighted ski and nateure trails are next to Kullasmarina. New nature trail next to us was completed by Padasjoki village association in 2016. 

You may also choose from our complete package tours like experience packages to Päijänne National Park or to Ilves hiking trail. We have also varied fishing packages and affordable self guided fishing package.

ACCOMMODATION

Kullasmarina high quality, comfortable, well-equipped villas are built for uncompromised comfort and have been granted the highest five star rural travel MALO quality award. The largest villas can comfortably accomodate up to 15 persons. Altogether Kullasmarina villas can accommodate 70 persons (incl. extra beds). All villas have panoramic view to Lake Päijänne. 

Accommodation 1-2 persons/room 1 day 85€/person 2 days 170€/person

Prices include bed linen set, final cleaning, sauna, fully equipped kitchen, clothes dryer, ski maintenance room, WiFi and plenty of parking space.

Extra services: breakfast basket 10€/person

Transportation services are available for extra charge from Helsinki-Vantaa airport or from Lahti railway station.

SPENDING TIME IN KULLASMARINA

Kullasmarina is the gate to Lake Päijänne, to Päijänne National Park, Ilves hiking route and to nature trails next to Kullasmarina. The nearest island of National Park is only 15 minutes rowing boat trip away.

Lighted jogging and cross country skiing trails as well as free frisbee golf park (18 baskets A1) are next to Kullasmarina. Frisbee golf discs are available for our customers without a charge. We also rent skis and snowshoes.

Holiday resort and its excellent private beach offers seasonal activities to our customers "Leisure"  

Lookaout towers with panoramic views to Lake Päijänne and National Park are located next to Kullasmarina on Tuomasvuori hill.

Fishing and leisure trips "Go fishing". Rowing boats are available for our customers without a charge. We also sell fishing licenses. 

Mini spa in Padasjoki centre is only 2 km from Kullasmarina. Click here
